Smart of you to up the e-fund amount with your mortgage. I&#039;ve always done the same in the past when I had larger bills to consider. 

Good luck with the blogging! I&#039;m just launching my site, so I have some big traffic/community goals to reach before I worry about the money. Luckily, I (anonymously) own some other blogs, so I have a good buffer until this new one takes off. :)]]></description>

     Just started reading your blog a few weeks ago. I&#039;m enjoying it. I&#039;m a late night stress sugar eater??. I&#039;ve found if I can eat an apple instead of sweets, it helps a lot to curb the urge to eat cookies. I&#039;ve managed to loose around 5 pounds in the last month. I have a lot more energy since cutting back on the sugar. Oh and I will allow myself a piece of dark chocolate every night.]]></description>

On the sugar issue, a tip could be starting to have oatmeal for breakfast. I like overnight steel cut oats.  They take so long to cook, usually, but I mix them plain homemade yogurt and put them in the fridge overnight.  They are good with some dates chopped up in them. Then served with fruit, you don&#039;t even need sugar. If you cook them, you can boil them with water the night before for about 5 minutes and put a lid on and let them sit all night. They are good with chopped up unsweetened dried apricots. With both, I put the fruit in the night before. That helps with the sweetness issue.
