It is so eye opening to see where your money is going. I have a hard time sticking to our budget at the end of the month, especially if there’s no money left for anything fun.

I found that I am spending way too much on groceries due to lack of planning. I also try to leave a little wiggle room for a treat or two during the month to help keep me focused. I can easily get carried away with spending, but if I know I have some wiggle room, I will not go as crazy.
