Getting myself off the couch is the hardest part for me but it makes it easier by taking the pressure off of having to workout for 30 minutes or so. Once I&#039;m done the 5 minutes I always want to go longer and push myself harder!
I&#039;m going to keep this list handy so I can use it to get my butt back in shape, haha!]]></description>
