I talk a lot too about being very specific in your goals, and I also use that technique for chores! For example, instead of writing &quot;laundry&quot; on my to-do list I write &quot;do 1 load of laundry&quot; and  then &quot;fold laundry&quot; as a separate task. This works great, especially when you&#039;re easily overwhelmed, because you spell out exactly what has to be done which somehow makes it easier to do, and you also get the dopamine rush of crossing off more boxes! :)]]></description>
